Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible products. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products purchased at 50% or more discount are not eligible

  • The product must be no more than 25% used.
  • Returns must be sent back at your own expense.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued once per item, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference once the product has been significantly used.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo(s) if the item is damaged or defective
