Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible products. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products purchased at 50% or more discount are not eligible
- The product must be no more than 25% used.

Returns must be sent back at your own expense.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued once per item, unless the item is damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference once the product has been significantly used.

We do not accept returns or refunds for clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase
